A bed & breakfast has now opened by the sea!

From the 3^rd of December, day of the inauguration, Paolasini family is proud to open its doors to guests, as it has always done! All the family members are giving their best to organize for you an experience difficult to forget and to make you feel comfortable! An example? The creation of this blog, as a way to make the communication easier for those who don’t know us yet, and then to exchange impressions and keep in touch! Another? Even Granma Adriana is learning English to be ready to welcome our guests…(ask her the numbers! It’s amazing!)

BEDROOMS:

These are the 4 rooms we offer you to stay, 2 double rooms, one twin room and one single room, all decorated by local painter Gio Fiorenzi with wall paintings that gives the name to the suites: “Le Pannocchie”, “Le Cappole Piscione”, “Le Seppie” e “I Sardoncini”. We grant you the possibility to add a small bed for a child (until 6 years old) for free.

SERVICES:

Our prices vary within a range of €25-40 per person per night.

- breakfast with homemade products such as marmalades, bread, pies, honey;

-use of the reserved kitchen complete of dishware and fridge;

-central heating;

-small animals admitted;

-bike rental;

-free seaside in front of the house;

-TV; washing-machine; towels and linen; shower;

-reserved parking;

-possibility to lay the table and eat in the garden!;

Our attractions…

Frasassi Caves:

One of the most spectacular Karst complexes in the world. Open to the public that can visit them, accompanied by professional guides, along an easy tourist route that lasts about 75 minutes. A breath-taking scenery, rich in extraordinary concretions, where the silence is broken only by the dripping of the drops of water… and this continues with the beautiful medieval village of Genga.

Summer Jamboree:

At its 10^th edition, a successful festival to re-live music and culture of 1940’s and 1950’s! Live performances, dj’s, concerts, pin-ups and burlesque shows…all around the city centre in the second half of August!

Conero Mountain:

One of the highest and most spectacular mountain on the Adriatic sea (572m), it offers the possibilities for excursions, free-climbing, guided paths and mountain bike, moreover its beautiful seashores such as the white ones of Sirolo and Numana.

Horse-riding:

On request, it is possible to organize incredible promenades on the back of horses that can bring you both across the colorful hills of Marche Region and along the seaside for a rarely exciting experience!

Urbino:

Birthplace of Raffaello Sanzio, the historic centre of the city is now included on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites, for its historical urban peculiarities. Palazzo Ducale art collection includes one of the world’s greatest and most startling images, Piero della Francesca’s Flagellation of Christ.
